Deleting your data

Everything below is self-serve and takes effect immediately.

Disconnect a single channel

In Settings, every connected account — a mailbox, Facebook Page, Instagram account, or WhatsApp number — has a Disconnect button. Disconnecting stops all syncing and deletes the stored credentials for that connection. You can additionally revoke Zaqven from the platform's side (Google account permissions, Facebook Business Integrations, or myaccount.microsoft.com).

Delete documents, contracts, or conversations

Individual documents and contracts can be deleted from their own pages; deletion removes the extracted data and the stored file.

Delete a whole workspace or your account

Settings → Danger zone offers both. Deleting a workspace removes everything in it — messages, documents, contracts, connections, files. Deleting your account removes your user record and every workspace you solely own.
