Terms of Service

1. The service
Zaqven is a workspace that connects your business's email, social messaging, and documents; detects contracts and deadlines; and helps you reply with AI assistance. By creating an account or using Zaqven you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.
2. Your account and workspace
You are responsible for your credentials and for the people you invite into your workspace. You must have the authority to connect the accounts you connect — a mailbox, Facebook Page, or WhatsApp number belongs to your business, and connecting it makes its content visible to your workspace members.
3. Your content
Everything you connect or upload remains yours. You grant us only the rights needed to operate the service on it — storing it, indexing it, processing it with the AI features, and transmitting the replies you send. We claim no other rights to your content.
4. AI features and no legal advice
AI-extracted contract terms, deadlines, classifications, and drafted replies are assistive suggestions. They can be wrong. You are responsible for reviewing anything before you rely on it or send it. Documents generated from Zaqven's templates are provided as-is and do not constitute legal advice; consult a lawyer for your specific situation.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use Zaqven to send spam or unlawful messages, to infringe others' rights, to attempt to breach another tenant's data, or to violate the terms of the platforms you connect (Microsoft, Google, and Meta each have their own). We may suspend accounts that do.
6. Third-party platforms
Connected services — email providers, Meta platforms, e-signature and voice providers — are outside our control. Their availability, their rate limits, and their policy decisions may affect features, and their own terms govern your accounts with them.
7. Fees
Zaqven is currently offered without charge. If paid plans are introduced, pricing will be communicated clearly in advance and these terms updated.
8. Disclaimers and liability
Zaqven is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ICELLYTE LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for missed deadlines, lost profits, or lost data arising from use of the service; our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (or, while the service is free, USD 100).
9. Termination
You can stop using Zaqven and delete your workspace or account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practicable.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; material changes will be dated at the top and significant ones announced in the product or by email. Questions: support@zaqven.com.
